Upon completing graduate school in 1980, James Cronin joined Tiger International as a Senior Planner. He held various positions when, in September 1987, Mr. Cronin was elected president of Flying Tiger Line and by 1988 was named to succeed Stephen Wolf as President and CEO of Tiger International and The Flying Tiger Line until August 1989.
From September 1989 to June 1992, Mr. Cronin was a partner in Alfred Chichi Associates, a private investment firm in Los Angeles. He then held several CEO positions at various companies.
